I thought I would start this blog off with the purpose. I have been a practicing real estate in Orange County, California for the last four years and do I get questions…lots and lots of questions. A blog would be a good place to answer some of the many questions I get. and to get some comments back from you the reader. My other thought was to make this a commentary on some of the various newspaper articles that seem to raise more questions than they answer.

So, here’s what I hope you’ll find here.

1. Answers to questions that come up over the course of my day. I work with lots of folks, some are very sophisticated (real estate savvy) and some are new to all of this. So, the questions are going to range from the simple mundane to the complex.

2. Commentary on the various news articles about Orange County, CA real estate. I love newspapers the only problem is that good news doesn’t sell papers. So, I thought I would give you the prospective of someone who works with the market everyday. There is an old maxum that I follow, “In every market, there is an opportunity for someone.” I’m hope I can pass on what those opportunities are and how you can take advantage of them as they arise.

3. General perceptions. Just thoughts about the market and things that have come up that I feel like writing about.

Orange County is the market I know and work. I’d love to cover the rest of the major markets. So, if you’re a working Realtor in any of these areas and would like to cover them, let me know. I’d be happy to set up a blog for you.
